This hotel is good, and has wi-fi, laundry, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. The staff even helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a stress-free experience. I'm coming back for Xmas.

The hotel has a great location. Room was really quiet and big despite the street side. I could even get the tram tickets at the reception.
. Does not have its own parking space for the car. No German speaking staff available.

Great location near trams and eateries, but the bed was a bit hard for my liking. The breakfast had plenty of options so that was sweet as.

I've used this hotel many times when visiting Prague. It's in the perfect location for me, the staff are mulit-lingual, the rooms are spacious, bright and airy, the breakfast is excellent with hot and cold choices and daily variations. But most of all with this trip they were so helpful with disruptions to air travel owing to volcanic ash. I stayed the four nights as originally booked. I returned for one further night and was welcomed back. I then returned for three additional nights, but found a way home by coach and left after two of these nights and received a refund covering the third night. They could not have been more helpful and understanding in a very trying time for air travel.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions. The room was clean, and I appreciated the kind staff. Breakfast offered a great variety, catering especially well for vegans. A lovely stay overall. I look forward to returning soon!

The staff were friendly and informative. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate. The attached restaurant was extremely good value with a wide varied menu of good quality food.
There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were basic but comfortable, location is great, we could walk to downtown in just a few minutes.
We had to pay a deposit for the internet cable for the room, it is not big money but I don't think it was necessary. The aisles were noisy in the night, I was waken up by our loudy young italian neighbours several times between 3 and 5 a.m.
